By BRADY MACDONALD
PUBLISHED: March 28, 2024
It’s never too soon to start looking forward to Halloween and planning ahead for the most popular date on the Disneyland calendar when not-so-scary Disney villains take over Disney California Adventure for Oogie Boogie Bash.

“Disneyland has announced Oogie Boogie Bash will return in 2024 without revealing dates for the special event. But that doesn’t mean we don’t have a good sense of when Oogie Boogie Bash will be held in 2024.

“Halloween Time will run Aug. 23 through Oct. 31 in 2024 at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure.”

Disneyland News: Donald’s Duck Pond Finally Opens in ToonTown
By Dusty Sage -March 22, 2024

“ToonTown officially reopened on March 19th, 2023, after a year-long reimagining, which brought a new ride (Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway) and new versions of Goofy’s house and Donald Duck’s boat, among other changes.

“Donald’s Boat was previously open to guests to climb on and around, but the refurbishment flipped the script, making the area around the boat wet and dry play zones but the ship itself became off limits.

“While the dry areas of Donald’s Duck Pond opened back in 2023, the splash zone did not and remained behind construction walls until this morning, March 22, 2024, when it surprise opened to guests.”

Disneyland plans to build one of the world’s largest parking garages — again
By BRADY MACDONALD
UPDATED: March 27, 2024

“The 17,600-space Eastside garage proposed by Disneyland would have a few hundred more parking spaces than the Mickey & Friends and Pixar Pals garages combined if the DisneylandForward project gets approved by the city of Anaheim.

“The massive Eastside parking structure would be one of the largest garages in the world — eclipsing the one-time record-holding Mickey & Friends garage that would be dwarfed by comparison.”
