"The original Knott’s Bear-y Tales dark ride was commissioned by the Knott family and created by Disney Imagineer Rolly Crump, who worked on the Enchanted Tiki Room, Haunted Mansion and It’s a Small World at Disneyland.
"The ride opened in 1975 as the marquee attraction in the newly re-themed Roaring ’20s section of the park. The Kingdom of the Dinosaurs dark ride replaced the original Knott’s Bear-y Tales in 1987."

"Her grandfather Ub Iwerks was Walt Disney’s first business partner and helped create Mickey Mouse in 1927. Her father Don Iwerks was a Disney animator and Imagineer who worked on the first Circle-Vision 360 film at Disneyland.
